Tunbridge High School is led by Kim Noble, a visionary educational leader who brings with him a strong corporate background from KPMG, seamlessly blending strategic thinking with a deep commitment to education. Widely regarded as one of India’s most forward-thinking Principals, he has consistently championed innovation, excellence, and holistic student development.

His leadership has been recognised at the national level with the Rabindranath Tagore National Principals' Award 2026, the Dynamic Principal of the Year Award (2025), as well as Principal of the Year Awards in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He has also been conferred the Great Educator Excellence Award with the citation "in recognition of your exceptional contribution to the field of education. Thank you for inspiring young minds. You have made a positive difference."

In addition, he serves as the National President of the Heads of Anglo-Indian Schools in India for the year 2025–26, reflecting the trust and respect he commands within the education community.
