At Tunbridge, the halls are alive with the sound of music! The morning begins with singing by the school choir. During the break, children can be found sitting with a guitar or ukelele, trying out chords, songs, harmonies and rhythms. Their natural curiosity and eagerness to make music is encouraged, right from Pre Nursery all the way up to Std 10.
The Bangalore School of Music, the city's well-renowned premier music academy conducts lesson in piano, guitar, ukelele, drums & percussion and vocals for interested students.

On Sports Day, the school marching band leads the march past.
The Junior School and Senior School choirs sing every morning at Assembly, and at all important school events.
The Thunderbridge Band with a reportoire of contemporary rock and classical pieces, perform at inter-school competitions.
Columbia's top rock band visited Tunbridge and performed at a special concert for our students.
This was an invaluable experience in music education, listening to native instruments of South America, with a lively explanation by the Columbian rock stars.
The late William D'Souza and his ensemble visited from Goa and gave an informative, interactive and entertaining hands-on demonstration of techniques in percussion, strings and keys.
